At Buybindass.in, we strive to provide the best quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be unused and in original condition.
• The product must not be worn, washed, damaged, or altered.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including the box, tags, manuals, accessories, and invoice (if applicable).
Any product that does not meet the above conditions may not be accepted for return.
3. Return Shipping
• The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for safely packing and shipping the product back to us.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Replacement & Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
• Customers may choose either a Replacement (subject to stock availability) or a Refund.
• If approved, the refund amount will be credited within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to share bank account details for refund processing.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, personal use, or clearance sale reasons. Such products will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
